Run to the Heat

Posting my latest running event that I finished with a 21K distance, my 4th half marathon (whew). I say that this is the hottest (literally speaking) run I've ever had. I have never run during the summer season, and yes the heat is a great factor of loosing energy. But with the help of taking enough hydration and sprinkling my face ( and all over my body) a cold water every hydration stations I passed, it helped me keep going and still was able to finish the run strong and without any injury--except of course with soaring feet after that (sigh).
